The way these appointments work:
There will be a 30-minute call using the TEAMS app. (It's become clear that the energy is most compatible with Teams and so that is now the only avenue I use for these sessions.
We will close our session and I will work with you, long-distance, energetically interacting with your energy field and your Soul, to clear all obstacles and activate all positive energy that will help you move forward. I bi-locate to you and so you will, more than likely, feel various energy moving through and around you.
At the end of the hour's energy work, we will have another 30-minute session to discuss the work that was done, how you're feeling, and what's next for you.

AN IN-DEPTH REVIEW FROM A CLIENT
I’ve received at least one of each of Lauren’s energy session offerings. They all assisted me to grow, explore and expand my understanding of so many things! The Soul Retrieval session was even more profound! It didn’t compare to any other type of session called by a similar name. I could feel the motion of gathering other parts of my soul and a sensation of when they were added back to my energy field. Those sensations very much stayed with me for the first few days. I also allowed the sensation of expansion and wholeness. Soon it became very apparent that I had a new, lighter, very different perspective on most topics. I could see or sense further and with more clarity.
Even now, two months down the road, I have not faded into the old me. I surrender to Divine Will if I feel like I’m thinking too much about something( beginning to have the same circle of thought) and Poof…. Back on track and it’s obvious where I’m being guided. going through my own personal struggle to accept the title and all that it implies, I offer it to you now.
The work is intense. Some refer to it as 'dramatic.' However, the energy work is also very subtle,
allowing you to absorb what you need, as you need it .. to let go of 'the old' in a way that is comfortable for you. You
may experience subtle changes .. or not so subtle changes. The energy-process depends on you and what you need
and desire.
We are all from elsewhere. This energy work is directly aimed at awakening parts of the human brain that are
blocking the memory of the infinite nature of who you are beyond this limited and temporary Earth-experience.
